A little word to say how much I miss these experiences I shared with you all, 8 months after the appearing of the disease and still more sanitary measures to come ! When will we be free again to travel and make new encounters ?
I still cook a lot and think of new recipes I will be able to propose when all this is over.
I remain confident and full of hope,

私は9月からこの活動を始めて、すでに13カ国の国籍の方々をお迎えしました！
アメリカ、日本、スイス、イスラエル、オーストラリア、中国、デンマーク、台湾、フランス、ケイマン諸島、香港、ブラジル、アルゼンチン、イングランド、アラブ首長国連邦、韓国、カナダ、ノルウェー、
イスラエルとニューヨークに招待されました！
世界中の人々と出会う素晴らしい方法でした！出会った人たちは皆、とても心が広く、私たちの生活を理解しようと好奇心旺盛で、興味深い人たちでした。
この時点で、私たちは皆同じことを求めているという感覚がすでに芽生えている。それは、何かを分かち合い、お互いを知り、理解し合うことだ。
これをやっていることがとても楽しくて、ようやく自分にとって本当に意味のある活動を見つけることができました。
これまで出会った方々、そしてこれから出会うであろう方々、皆さんに感謝します。
料理は時に、他の活動や機会へと繋がることがあります。
本日4月24日、昨日は素敵なニューヨーカーのグループをお迎えしました。
（アスパラガスのムースリーヌソース添え、豚フィレミニョンのタイムソース添え、グラタン・ドーフィノワ、ローズマリークリーム添えイチゴタルト）をいただいた後、再び会って、メントン、ラ・フォルクラ、タロワールを訪れる湖畔の素晴らしいツアーを楽しみました。
とても素敵な一日で、素晴らしい仲間たちと過ごしました。お互いのことをより深く知り、経験を共有する時間を持つことができました。
