Cooking is part of my family culture and has always played an important role in my life.Both my French and Irish grandmothers were wonderful cooks, and some of my fondest memories are of the fantastic meals we shared around the family table. They passed on to me their love of cooking and the joy of bringing people together over a good meal.

 

Over the years, I’ve gained experience in different kitchens. In the US, I ran a catering business, and after returning to France, I worked in several restaurants specialising in homemade cuisine.

 

Now living in Annecy, I find inspiration in the region’s local and seasonal ingredients, which I use to create an inventive and generous style of French cooking.My travels and international experiences have also nurtured my curiosity about other people and cultures.

 

Through Once Upon a Pan, I love meeting people from all over the world, sharing my passion for cooking, and learning from one another around the table.
