About me

Cooking is part of my family culture and has always been an important part of my life.

 

Both my French and Irish grandmothers were good cooks and we would enjoy fantastic meals at the family tables.They gave me this love for cooking and the pleasure of gathering people around a good meal.

​

I gained experience through the years. In the US,

I ran a catering business, then back in France, I worked in different "homemade" restaurants.

​

Now living in Annecy, I find inspiration in the regional and local products in order to offer an inventive and generous French cuisine.

​

My many travels and international experiences gave me this curiosity to meet people from different countries and cultures and learn from them as they can learn from me.
